The Director of Conservatory Audio at Oberlin teaches our perennially popular ‘Introduction to Recording Techniques’ course in TIMARA’s control room and recording studio.

The control room is outfitted with a Mac Studio M1 Ultra, a hearback system, an Audient ASP8024 board, a stereo pair of Oceanway H4 monitors, and a DynAudio BM5A 5.1 monitoring station.

The control room provides all the tools students need to learn to run their own sessions and to mix and master in Pro Tools.
